Can the cloth be machine washed and heat dried in a dryer?

These cloths can be washed in the machine, but we suggest using a separate bag to prevent them from damaging other clothing items. It is not recommended to use a dryer, as the nylon in the cloth may be damaged by heat. If necessary, please use low heat only.

What are the actual dimensions of the cloth?

The cloths are 8" on all sides.

Is it too thin for men?

Not at all! These cloths are very sturdy and multi-layered.
